Refund / Cancellation Policy

- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

- Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

- We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

- Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after your item(s) are received.

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email for assistance.)

- Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box along with your packing slip, and seal your package with packing tape. We recommend making a copy of your packing slip for your records.
- Adhere the enclosed address label to your return package.
- Deliver your package via your preferred shipping service. Please use a trackable/insured shipping method/carrier. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
